Hatch Chile Roasting

Join us for an exciting evening as we kick off our Hatch Chile Roasting Extravaganza! We’ll be firing up the roaster—an open-flame steel cylinder cage that chars the tough skin of the Hatch Chile and perfectly roasts the inside. These iconic peppers are ideal for burritos, enchiladas, green chile stew, cheeseburgers, chile rellenos, and more! Raw and roasted Hatch Chiles will be available for sale, and when you purchase a case, we’ll roast them for free.
