Join herbalist, educator, and native plant expert Nancy Gonsiorek for a practical and inspiring class on how to grow, harvest, and use herbs in your daily life. With decades of experience in environmental education and sustainable agriculture, Nancy will guide you through the essentials of building your own herbal toolkit—right from your garden.
Nancy holds a Master of Science in Herbal Medicine from the American College of Healthcare Sciences, teaches Permaculture and Sustainable Agriculture at the College of Lake County, and is the founder of Blazing Star Inc., a native plant nursery and restoration consultancy.
